We usually respond within a few hours during the day. In some cases, depending on tour availability, it may take up to 24 hours. You will receive full details including meeting point, pickup time, and what to bring.
3. Is my reservation guaranteed once I submit the form?
No. Submitting the form creates a reservation request. Your booking is only guaranteed once our team confirms availability and sends you a final confirmation.
4. What payment methods are accepted?
Once your booking is confirmed, you may pay:
In person at our office in Sosúa.
Via Zelle (for US-based customers).
Through a secure online payment link provided by our team.
5. Do I need to pay in advance?
No. Payment is only required once your booking has been reviewed and confirmed.
6. Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes. Cancellations made before payment are always free of charge. Most tours allow free cancellation up to 24–48 hours before the tour begins. If payment has been processed, cancellation policies of the specific tour provider will apply.
7. What happens if the tour is canceled due to weather?
Your safety is our priority. If bad weather prevents a tour from taking place, we will offer you the choice to reschedule or receive a full refund.
8. Are tours private or shared?
We offer both private tours and group tours. Private tours are ideal for families, couples, or special occasions, while group tours are a great way to meet other travelers.
9. Do you provide hotel pick-up and drop-off?
Yes. Most tours include transportation from and back to your hotel or accommodation in the North Coast (Sosúa, Cabarete, Puerto Plata). For other regions, transportation can be arranged with prior notice.
